1881 Steakhouse and Burger Bar is a modern-day saloon that serves delicious smoked and braised side ribs smothered in our signature Kansas mild BBQ sauce, juicy steaks cut in house from a specially selected ‘AAA’ Canadian Angus Beef, fresh never frozen gourmet burgers, jumbo wings that are brought in-house daily with 15 different wing sauces to choose from, and don't forget about our Atlantic haddock dipped in our house made beer batter and always fried to perfection.
